Taking health food training to new heights in 2022

It really does look as though we might be coming to the beginning of the end of a two-year pandemic. Yet what is even more remarkable is the fact that so many of us have managed to remain in business. Who would have thought lockdowns and all the other inconveniences would have seen us through one of the most difficult trading periods in our lifetime?
There’s a range of very interesting changes afoot for the Health Food Institute in 2022, all of which will be announced shortly. We are sure these will be welcomed by past, existing and future participants in working through and completing their online training assessments.
HFI students have always been a mix of those who have found it difficult to be motivated to systematically get on with doing the training modules for one reason or another, and those who have the time and enthusiastically enjoy the experience who complete the course in weeks.
It is the latter who realise it has given them much more confidence in their role with customers and add worth to the business and to their status. The job satisfaction of knowing that you are helping to improve people’s health while you work is immense, making this a career that is less of a job and more a way of life.
In 2022 there are going to be opportunities for suppliers to contribute by rewarding past HFI students and to help to incentivise current participants of our training courses. We will be letting you know more about this shortly.
In the meantime, if any of your staff are enrolled on or have completed the HFI Diploma Part One and/or Part Two they can look out for rewards coming their way soon (NAHS and HFI Certificate and/or Diploma students will also be eligible).
