Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.

The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There is a maximum of one entry per person per prize. More entries will not be counted. Entries received after the published closing date will not be put forward for the prize draw.

Entries by third parties are not accepted. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition, no group, mass or software entries will be accepted.

The competition is only open to independent health and lifestyle retailers who are residents of the UK or ROI at the time of their entry. The prize can only be despatched to addresses within the the UK or ROI.

The competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of JFN Productions Ltd or any subsidiary of JFN Productions Ltd.

The competition is not open to anyone professionally connected with the competition, including employees of the company providing the competition prize.

The competition is not open to anyone under 18.

Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or damaged.

There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is not transferable.

By entering the draw you agree to participate in Better Retailing publicity if you win. The winner's name will be available on written request, with an SAE, to the publishers JFN Productions Ltd. There may be an administration charge for this.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value. If the winner is unable to take the prize or not contactable after 21 days, a rejudging may take place.

The winner accepts prizes at their own risk. The publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, arising from prize/competition administration or the winner's acceptance and use of the prize.

Where specific terms and conditions apply to a prize or offer, they will take precedence over these stated ones.

Better Retailing Prize Draw and Reader Survey Terms and Conditions

For Twitter Competitions: Each contestant must follow @BetterRetailMag and any competition partners on Twitter.

For Facebook Competitions: Each contestant must like the BetterRetailingMagazine Facebook page and any competition partners' Facebook pages as well as commenting on one of our original posts about the competition in order to enter.
