Natural & Organic Products Europe 2016

Essential Diary Date

Natural & Organic Products Europe is an unmissable event for our industry. Here’s your guide to help you make the most of your visit.

2016’s Natural & Organic Products show is the biggest ever, with an unprecedented 650 exhibiting companies from over 50 countries, and over 10,000 attendees expected over two days; only fitting, as the show will be marking its 20th anniversary. The show is a once-a-year chance for everyone involved in the natural products industry to share information and ideas, showcase new products, and exchange news and opinions. For retailers and business owners it’s a great opportunity to communicate with peers and meet suppliers.

Last year was the first year for the show at the new venue of ExCeL London, and it was a great success, so the show will be there again this year from 17-18 April.

New products

One of the show’s biggest selling points is that it provides a great showcase for the newest products from existing suppliers and brand new companies and is a unique chance for retailers to see, taste and feel new products for themselves. If you’re looking to expand your store’s offering across health and nutrition, beauty, personal care, and eco-living, there is no better place to spot the most up and coming new products. Hundreds of natural product launches are timed specifically to coincide with NOPE so a visit to this show is a guaranteed way to stay ahead of the curve.

Also back at the show are regular natural health exhibitors including BioCare, Healthaid, Solgar Vitamins & Herbs, TIANA Fair Trade Organics, Viridian Nutrition, Bare Biology, NutriStrength, Drasanvi, Vitae, Lamberts Healthcare, Pharma Nord, Higher Nature, MV Nutrition, and Biovita. The full exhibitor list is available to view online at www.naturalproducts.co.uk

Live talks and lectures

Natural & Organic Products is always a great opportunity to hear fantastic speakers sharing their knowledge on a huge variety of subjects. Running throughout the two days, the show’s extensive three-theatre seminar and demo programme is renowned for attracting a host of high-profile brands and top experts from across the natural and organic world.  And 2016 is certainly no exception.

Senior representatives from Soil Association, Health Food Manufacturers' Association (HFMA), Organic Monitor, Organic Trade Board, Vegan Society, National Association of Health Stores (NAHS), and NATRUE are just some of the speakers soon to be announced.  Whilst already confirmed names include organic pioneer and Green & Black’s founder Craig Sams; Netto UK’s Morten Møberg Nielsen; leading nutritionist Patrick Holford; Jack Challem – The Nutrition Reporter; Benjamin Brown ND, director of technical services at Viridian Nutrition; Graham Botfield, founder of Living Nutrition; The Super Foodist Rick Hay; and Natural Food Kitchen host Jay Morjaria, founder and executive chef of Sutra Kitchen (back hosting the show’s Natural Food Kitchen cooking demos).

On the second day, the winners of the Natural & Organic Products Europe Awards 2016 will be announced, presented by the entrepreneur Deborah Meaden, best known as one of the dragons from Dragons’ Den. The new format awards will be presented at 8.30am on Monday 18 April, and will be open to exhibitors and accredited press only.
