Your checklist for great social media success

It may seem obvious, but setting up social media accounts for your store is right up there in these days of modern retailing.

And that needs to be a lot more than a bit of chit-chat on Facebook or Twitter. To do it properly, you and your staff need to spend time (and probably money) to make sure social media works effectively for your business.

Do it right, and you will get new customers, build better relationships with your regulars, create awareness about your store and your specialist knowledge, and by working with suppliers, create better business relationships to boot.
